  1. 1

    Answer a few screening questions

The smart form asks what matters: Is the signer alert and conscious? Do they have valid ID? Do we need to supply witnesses? It filters out incomplete or ineligible leads automatically.

  2. 2

    We auto-schedule your dispatch window

Based on urgency and live availability, the system assigns the next open 2-hour dispatch window and locks it on the notary's calendar.

  3. 3

You get a prep text instantly

Tailored to your signing type — exactly what to have ready (ID, unsigned docs, witnesses, a table) so nothing stalls at the table.

  4. 4

    Your notary arrives ready

You'll get a 30-minute heads-up text. The notary is briefed on your signer, location, and requirements before they knock.

Good to know

Frequently asked

Can you notarize for someone in the hospital?

Yes — bedside signings are a specialty. The signer must still be alert, oriented, and signing voluntarily. Our intake screens this before we dispatch so no one wastes a trip.

What if the signer doesn't have ID?

Florida requires valid, unexpired government photo ID. If the signer lacks ID, our system flags the lead and we'll call to explore alternatives (credible witnesses, etc.) rather than dispatch a doomed trip.

Do you supply witnesses?

Yes. On the intake form select "Yes — bring witnesses" and we'll dispatch independent witnesses with the notary. There may be an additional witness fee.

How fast can you get here?

Same-day dispatch windows are available during normal business hours, 7am–5pm. ASAP requests are auto-scheduled into the next open window today (after-hours dispatches carry a surcharge), or the earliest window tomorrow if today is full.

What areas do you cover?

Greater Jacksonville and surrounding North Florida communities — Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau counties. Travel fees may apply outside the core service area.
